This script will grant you a random perk every time you pass a certain kill or round milestone (eg. 35 kills, 90 kills, Round 13 etc.), as long as there is an outstanding perk to give.

The perk will be random for each player, not each milestone.

This was written for SmoothTalk's one window map, in lieu of perk machines or wunderfizz, and would work well on confined / tight maps that may not have space for vending machines.
